• Yoga is an ancient full functioning system for living. What many refer to as yoga today, is yoga asana (movement/poses).

The 8 limbs of yoga are a system for spiritual, mental and physical well-being recorded in the Yoga Sutras by sage Patanjali.

I care deeply about looking at wellness through a holistic lens, acknowledging the mind-body connection. According to the Sutras and other ancient Vedic texts the purpose of Yoga is self-realization.

I am E-500 hour registered teacher through yoga alliance, I specialize in teaching traditional hatha/vinyasa, yin and yoga nidra.

Pranayama (breathwork) is the 4th limb of yoga. As a certified breathwork facilitator, I guide individuals through different pranayama techniques that help regulate the mind, allow for deeper states of awareness, release of emotional and physical tension.

Meditation is an important part of practice. I guide individuals through various styles of meditation depending on their goals or circumstances. I specialize in mindfulness meditation, guided meditation, loving-kindness, visualization and body awareness.

  • As a certified somatic healer and Reiki Master Teacher I use various techniques that can help release tension, restore balance and promote overall well-being.

Depending on needs/goals a combination of movement, breathwork , energy work and/or mindfulness practices are used to reconnect with the body and tap in its innate wisdom.

  • As a certified mindfulness coach I guide individuals in overcoming challenges in their lives, managing stress, developing resilience and empower them to live authentically, with purpose through the transformative power of mindfulness.

I also coach and mentor new Yoga teachers who need guidance and support in their journey.

About

Flow and Culture was created with a heartfelt mission: to guide others in finding balance through yoga, mindfulness, and community. As a certified yoga teacher, somatic healer and mindfulness coach; I weave ancient teachings with an inclusive, modern approach.

My journey began in Mexico, where I was born and navigated a difficult childhood. Adversity was the catalyst of my spiritual exploration; I found solace and purpose in the teachings of yoga. Through my daily practices and ongoing studies, I continue to be inspired on this path. I am here to help others along in their own journey.

With love in wellness,
