Working with me might mean we meet once a week for mindfulness coaching. After a few sessions having a reiki session for a boost and reset in energy.

Perhaps you’ve just gone through a stressful situation, we would start with a somatic healing session. This would include an intake of current state and then a tailored plan with appropriate movement and mindfulness practices for your journey.

Small groups celebrating a milestone might come to me for a curated experience including yoga asana, breathwork and a relaxing sound bath.
